The ENDEX Archery proving grounds

At ENDEX Archery, we are dedicated to providing first responders, military personnel, and other heroes with the tools they need to heal, build resilience, and rediscover their strength after exposure to traumatic events. Our ENDEX Archery Proving Grounds (EAPG) will be a transformative, five-day experience that blends archery therapy with holistic wellness practices. Through this immersive program, we can help heroes regain focus, process trauma, and reintegrate into a supportive community.

ENDEX Archery Proving Grounds will be a five-day wellness and recovery retreat specifically designed for those who have faced the psychological and emotional toll of serving in high-risk roles like first responders, military personnel, and frontline workers. Through archery therapy, peer support, and holistic wellness practices, this program offers a unique approach to healing.

The program will include:

• Archery Therapy: Using archery as a mindfulness tool, participants improve discipline, focus, and patience while processing their trauma.

• Holistic Wellness Practices: From yoga and breathwork to cold exposure therapy and massage, we address the body and mind’s need for recovery.

• Peer Support & Emotional Healing: Participants share their journeys, helping each other break down barriers and build resilience.

• A Public 3D Archery Event: On Day 5, participants will compete in a friendly archery event to demonstrate their growth, integrate into the larger community, and celebrate their achievements.
